Loquat Valley is an Anglican co-educational school offering teaching and learning from Pre-school to Year 6.
Educating children is a privilege and responsibility that we share with parents in providing opportunities for children to explore their potential, investigate new interests and revel in the challenge of learning, all in a safe and caring Christian environment.
At Loquat Valley, our comparatively small size means care and attention at the individual level. With around 300 boys and girls from Taylor Early Learning Centre (Pre-school) to Year 6, we aim to take care of the little but important things.
For example, we like to know families by name; welcome parents and their children at morning drop-off time; and celebrate each student’s courage to ‘Aim High’ through regular recognition of their achievements in the classroom and beyond. Such things make being part of the Loquat Valley community personal and nurturing.
Each child at Loquat Valley has opportunities to shine: in academic learning, in art and ICT, at musicals, in bands, on sporting fields, in leadership programs and while public speaking or debating.
In a multitude of ways our children experience being "special" because they are valued for themselves, for the contributions they make and for their part in the family of the School.
