Loquat Valley is an Anglican co-educational school for children from Pre-school to Year 6.
Educating children is a privilege and responsibility which we share with parents to provide opportunities for children to learn and grow, build on their strengths, develop their potential, investigate new interests and revel in the challenge of new things.
We aim to do this in a safe and caring Christian environment that allows children to flourish, cultivate a love of learning and establish lifelong friendships.
At Loquat Valley, our comparatively small size means care and attention at the individual level. With around 300 boys and girls from Taylor Early Learning Centre (Pre-school) to Year 6, our school is big enough to provide a broad range of educational opportunities, yet small enough for us to know and care for our children as individuals.
Each child at Loquat Valley has opportunities to shine: in academic learning; in art, French and ICT; at music classes, in bands and choirs; on sporting fields; in leadership programs; and while public speaking, debating or playing chess. We encourage our children to strive to do their best with confidence, resilience and optimism.
In a multitude of ways, our children experience being "special" because they are valued for themselves, for the contributions they make, and for the part each one can take in the family of the School.
Come to the School, meet us, chat and walk around. Experience the view from a Loquat Valley classroom. Feel the difference taking care of the little things makes. Discover a place where children are given time, care, support, and encouragement to grow in confidence and spirit.
We look forward to sharing our passion for this wonderful place and its people with you. Come and visit us at anytime!
